TimothyS. Spangler III is an Associate at Halloran Farkas + Kittila LLP, and is resident in the Wilmington, Delaware office of the firm. He advises clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters, drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including technology and services contracts. Additionally, he assists in drafting and reviewing organizational documents to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. Mr. Spangler also has experience in corporate and commercial litigation, representing clients in matters involving contract disputes and fiduciary duty claims.
Before joining Halloran Farkas + Kittila LLP, Mr. Spangler was an Associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where he worked on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. He also gained valuable judicial experience as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under Judge Kearney, conducting legal research and assisting in drafting judicial opinions. Additionally, he served as a Law Clerk and Court Intern for the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas, where he was the sole clerk for Judge Charles in the summer of 2021.
