- Represented key objector with respect to class action settlement before Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court, and granted fee award for work on objection. See In re AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Stockholder Litigation, 2023 Del. Ch. LEXIS 805 (Del. Ch. Sept. 15, 2023).
- Represented Delaware corporation in dispute regarding mishandling of corporate derivative award, resulting in finding of breach of fiduciary duty. See OptimisCorp v. Atkins, 2023 WL 3755306 (Del. Ch. June 1, 2023).
- Tried to successful verdict case involving international high-tech company vendor dispute in U.S. District Court, and successfully defended appeal before Third Circuit Court of Appeals. See CIGNEX Datamatics, Inc. v. Lam Research Corp., 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75366 (D. Del. Apr. 29, 2020), aff’d, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 29130 (3d Cir. Sept. 27, 2021).
- Represented a Silicon Valley client with respect to the interpretation of a novel corporate ratification statute under Delaware law. See Nguyen v. View, Inc., 2017 WL 2439074 (Del. Ch. June 6, 2017), rehear’g denied, 2017 WL 3169051 (Del. Ch. July 26, 2017).
