HFK Law partners Ted Kittila, M. Jane Brady, Jack Harris and Bill Green focus their practice in Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, the Delaware Superior Court, as well as the Federal Court in the District of Delaware.

Jeffrey Greilsheimer focuses his practice in New York and regularly appears before the New York state trial courts in New York City and Long Island and United States District Courts for Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Notable Cases

  • Represented founder and corporate entity in dispute in Court of Chancery involving SPAC merger, resulting in dismissal of complaint. See United Atlantic Ventures, LLC v. TMTG Sub Inc., et al., 2025 WL 2505325 (Del. Ch. Sept. 2, 2025).

  • Represented key objector with respect to class action settlement before Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court, and granted fee award for work on objection. See In re AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Stockholder Litigation, 2023 Del. Ch. LEXIS 805 (Del. Ch. Sept. 15, 2023).

  • Represented Delaware corporation in dispute regarding mishandling of corporate derivative award, resulting in finding of breach of fiduciary duty. See OptimisCorp v. Atkins, 2023 WL 3755306 (Del. Ch. June 1, 2023).

  • Tried to successful verdict case involving international high-tech company vendor dispute in U.S. District Court, and successfully defended appeal before Third Circuit Court of Appeals. See CIGNEX Datamatics, Inc. v. Lam Research Corp., 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75366 (D. Del. Apr. 29, 2020), aff’d, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 29130 (3d Cir. Sept. 27, 2021).

  • Represented a Silicon Valley client with respect to the interpretation of a novel corporate ratification statute under Delaware law. See Nguyen v. View, Inc., 2017 WL 2439074 (Del. Ch. June 6, 2017), rehear’g denied, 2017 WL 3169051 (Del. Ch. July 26, 2017).

  • Represented a Receiver of a Delaware corporation in obtaining assistance in enforcing Delaware rulings in the People’s Republic of China. See Deutsch v. ZST Digital Networks, Inc., 2018 WL 3005822 (Del. Ch. June 14, 2018).
