Bradfield Biggers

Bradfield Biggers advises creators, investors, and companies across entertainment, media, sports and music on high-value M&A, corporate matters, and complex rights matters.

His clients include private equity firms, family offices, institutional investors, as well as actors, musical artists, producers, film and television creators, production companies, studios, and record labels in the U.S. and internationally.

His practice includes cross-border music, film, television, and interactive media catalog acquisitions and rights administration; film and television financing, distribution, and production; interactive media transactions; serving as outside Business & Legal Affairs counsel to production companies; talent-side representation; and advising startups and established companies on corporate governance, M&A, financings, and IP matters.

He regularly represents private equity, venture, and strategic investors in the acquisition of music, film, and technology assets, and counsels creatives, production companies, and tech startups on talent, financing, licensing, and exploitation arrangements.

He also represents founders, investors, and technology-driven start-ups throughout the corporate lifecycle—from formation and seed financing to growth rounds, strategic acquisitions, and ultimate exit transactions.

Before joining HFK, Bradfield practiced at a prominent mid-sized law firm, where he represented talent and companies across the music, film, television, and social media sectors on a wide range of entertainment and corporate matters.

He previously practiced with McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where he advised public and private companies in the private equity, technology, and emerging growth sectors on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border financings.

A trusted advisor and frequent speaker on developments in entertainment and music law, Bradfield is recognized for his ability to bridge creative and financial disciplines in cross-border transactions across North America and Europe.
